Campouts

The Glamping Tent is 16' diameter & 9' tall.  

A 25' cleared grassy area is needed to anchor the tent.

The Glamping Tent can sleep:

• 2 (1-Queen Mattress)

• 4 (1-Queen Mattress & 2-Twin Mattresses)

• 6 (6-Twin Mattresses) or (3 Queen Mattresses)

• 8 (Sleeping Bags [not available at this time])  

You can rent just the tent or let us set up your backyard campout for a fun & unique "glamping" experience.  

Pricing:

• Glamping Tent-$100 

  • Includes 1 Night Rental, Delivery & Set up around the Houma/Thibodaux area. ($50 for each additional night)

    • Separate delivery fee for locations outside of the Houma/Thibodaux area.

    • If you would like to take the Glamping Tent with you on a camping trip; $50 per night/ 3 night minimum 

• Sleeping Accommodations- $20 per person

  • Includes Air Mattress, Sheet, Blanket, Pillow, Table, &  Themed Décor 

  • Note: The Glamping Tent can fit 6 twin air mattresses or 3 queen air mattresses. 

  • The Glamping Tent with the Sleeping Accommodations is perfect for a sleepover! 

• Themed Décor- $10 per person

  • Includes Throw Pillow, Blanket, & Special Decorations. (Does not include air mattress, sheet, pillow, & table) 

  • Themes Include; Happy Camper, Glamping, Cajun Christmas, Movie Night, Fort Wilderness, Sunshine & Rainbows, Glow Party .

  • Note: The Themed Décor set up can accommodate up to 10. 

  • The Glamping Tent with the Themed Décor is perfect for birthday parties! 

• Movie Projector- $50 

  • Includes Projector, Stand, Extension Cord, ROKU or DVD Player

  • Requirements: Access to a standard 110 electrical outlet, WIFI access if using the ROKU

• Portable Heater or Air Conditioner- $50 

  • Requirements: Access to 110 outlet

Cancelation Policy: 

If inclement weather is forecasted, we can either reschedule for another date/time or provide a refund.  When providing a refund, a $10 processing fee will be retained.
